@Queeniejazzybest I been a regular customer at Hair Architecture for almost 7 years . At the age of 16 up to now being 22 and I can proudly state not once have I received bad customer service from Wendy or her team. They most definitely wont keep cancelling appointments because you would have to put down a deposit? So wheres the evidence in that May I ask? The only thing that left you looking like a clown is your force accusations along with your fake account . In all due respect stop trying to put people down and grow up.

Thanks to the lovely ladies at the salon, they're amazing. My hair is always looking fab and I get loads of complement about my hair. Keep the atmosphere the same don't change and continue to keep up the good work.
Meanwhile, I just happen to see a 2 star review from one of your client bellow by name ''Clesha Jones,'' No surprise at all, I was waiting to see if this lady would leave such a review. Because I was in the salon the day she was there to get her hair done, I was sick of hearing her talked, this lady was an absolute nightmare. She downgrade every black salon she went to in Peckham

Great Atmosphere, high prices, unsatisfied with expertise/hairstyling. I went to this salon to get spring twist. I have never had spring twist before, so I came to this salon for its acclaimed expertise on this style. I was told that spring twist was a popular hairstyle and that it costs 150, to get it done. Firstly the banter and conversation in the salon was electric. So, I had a great 8 hours there, they gave me tea multiple times and it was good vibes. When the hair was completed, it looked great. The hairdresser informed me that the style will last for 2 months, etc. 6 days later, the spring

I first visited hair architecture as a customer 10 years ago and had a good experience. I must say that over the years, very high standards have been maintained and the atmosphere is always great. The staff are professional and friendly and prices are reasonable. I always feel at home at hair architecture and I am always pleased with the service. Great value!
