I cannot recommend CCH enough, they were speedy, professional and incredibly communicative the whole way through their instruction. I did not have to ask for an update once as they were so proactive in keeping us up to speed on the status of our matter. We had a nightmare with another local solicitor who sat on our matter an ignored us for months, when we called CCH to help they worked at lighting speed and managed to complete our matter in la number of days thanks to their brilliant relationship with Waltham Forest Council (we were extending the lease on our flat). The transaction was certainly not an easy one and David really helped get it through by updating the client and I.
