I moved to Hereford two months ago and my gut instinct told me its worth the wait for an appointment. I walked in today with badly damaged and overgrown hair. I walked out feeling like a new person. Many thanks to Holly for being so patient, professional, confident and lovely. She had no idea that today she pleased big time a very fussy customer who didnt in 12 years in uk find a hairdresser to try more than once. I cant wait for next appointment. Thank you:-)

I booked an appointment with Elle Martin based on the reviews I had read, as I was visiting Hereford for a family wedding. I had washed my hair prior to going to the salon and I only needed a blow dry and styling as it was a special occasion and my hair had only been cut and colored two days earlier.The blow dry didnt look great even before leaving the salon and to say I was disappointed is an understatement and thankfully I had packed my set of heated rollers. I wouldnt have minded the 33 I was charged had I been happy with the results.
