Unfortunately my experience at Mulberry & Thyme was extremely disappointing. I asked for balayage (highlights) and showed pictures to ensure no confusion. My hair was brunette before and the attached picture was the end result. The owner coloured my hair and after it was washed and dried by another employee she did not even come over to have a look at the end result or ask if I was happy, I'm sure even from far away she could tell it was not balayage and did not look good though I was still charged the full price (155). I immediately had to book an appointment with a different salon for correction

Love the head and neck massage, the cruelty-free products, the dcor and the stylists who really listen to their customer, get to know them and cut your hair exactly as you ask with great skill and professionalism. I always look forward to my appointment with Katie or Carly. And their loyalty reward system is very generous.
