Services
Nursery Care
Our nursery provides high-quality care for children aged 2-5 years in an inclusive environment. With flexible hours from 08:00-18:00, we deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage framework through themed activities and free play. Our large open-planned space includes sensory rooms and outdoor learning areas, with staff using Makaton and pictorial aids to support communication.
Out of School Clubs
We offer Pick Up & Play services from local schools with 5pm and 6pm collection options. Our after-school programs include snacks and structured activities, operating term-time only. The service includes walking children back to our Hove facility for supervised play and learning activities.
Baby & Toddler Space
Specialist provision for children aged 6 months to 2 years with a 1:3 adult-to-child ratio. Our dedicated rooms and separate outdoor space support transition into nursery, featuring sensory play and developmental activities. Each child has a Key Person to monitor their individual learning journey.
Holiday Club
Themed activities for primary school-aged children during school holidays, operating 9am-3pm with meals included. Our programs promote wellbeing and creativity through structured sessions and free play, with limited places available on a first-come basis.
Food Services
We prepare all meals on-site using fresh ingredients, avoiding additives and processed foods. Our Healthy Choice Gold Award recognises our commitment to nutrition education, with menus designed to teach children about healthy eating while accommodating dietary requirements.

I would definitely recommend Honeycroft nursery. We have found the staff to be caring and attentive to our kids and the play facilities are great. I believe it's also the most affordable nursery in the area.

Honeycroft is a wonderful nursery with great staff, a positive and inclusive atmosphere and a structured activities and development programme for the children. As it is run by a charity on a not-for-profit basis the prices are very competitive compared with other nurseries in Brighton & Hove. Our daughter loves it here and seems to get on really well. As parents we can follow her educational development and activities via the Honeycroft Tapestry website.
