Rett syndrome is a rare neurological disorder mainly affecting females. Rett UK is the only UK charity providing professional support to families affected by the disorder. Amaze works with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities and their parents, mostly in Brighton and Hove but some services in West Sussex too.
