Having read some of these reviews I wanted to share my experience with kent motoring company. I bought my car from them back in 2017 a vw polo and I have always been happy with my car and the service I received. I recently purchased another car from this company for my wife and so far she is very happy with her car. We are both happy with our purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable second hand car.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, BIGGEST SCAM EVER
Customer service is shocking. How this company is still surviving I do not know. My partner bought a car from here a couple of months ago, it's broken down multiple times but they have REFUSED to repair it even though by LAW they have to within a 6 month period.

These lads are Scammers 110% Before I even agreed to collect my vehicle back in September 2020 they tried to sell me the warranty which was clearly advertised on Auto-Trader as Included as standard. Just 1 year later my Car is in the scrap yard they REFUSED to take my vehicle back within my 2 week cooling off period, the arab fella threatened a member of staff at the Car Finance Company and was aggressive. They never sorted the Timing Belt Issue, I've spent 2000 on repairs to this car in 12 months including the Clutch, Duel Mass Flywheel, Steering Rack, Powered Steering Pump and Electrical faults

Would not recommend for anything. Salesmen very rude. Had issues with a car purchased from here. Fought for a full refund and after a short while, they finally gave in.
