Waste of time and money, and very unprofessional! The salon changes the treatments booked in advance at the last minute, offering only a limited service as they were overbooked..! And worstcase, on 2 occasions instead of the specialist finishing the hair, we had offer to blow dry ourself...and pay for the privilege!. What the point of going to a salon if you pay salon prices and to DIY!!??

I was seen by the lovely Stef yesterday, not only was her services amazing but so was the customer service throughout my entire visit from the whole team. I had a cut, blow dry and full head of high lights - the verdict I love it! The salon is decorated well which makes the visit that make more enjoyable, with parking opposite which is very convenient.

Absolutely loved my experience here in October. I had a complete restyle and bangs cut in. My lovely hair dresser Rachel did a great job, and as I was changing my hair so dramatically she decided to only cut in the bangs to a certain length and for me to go away and decide whether Id like them shorter or if I was happy with the length. I decided for shorter and had them cut in shorter for free a few days later (they squeezed me in to a very last appointment before they closed for a month of lockdown in November!). I loved having this option and the fact that Rachel didnt just go for it and
