Worst solicitors ever, i lost my claim because of irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of Nasreen n team. They took 2 weeks just to reply to a email of opposition solicitors email and 10+ days to reply to my emails back. Their office is mostly closed no one picks up the phone or bother replying to emails. Waste of money and time.

I agree with the previous review and am also giving Nasreen's firm 1* it doesn't even deserve that in all honesty. Her communication skills are terrible, drags out files and fees has no staff loyalty as believe her staff don't stick around too much and is very arrogant considering she is based on a back street in Bradford.

Nasreen has been very helpful especially when other solicitor let me down after Months of work. She has also helped me out recently in a very complex issue which I really appreciate her effort.
