I rented a house in February this year through this agency. Everything was fine. Today I just wanted to pay the rent to my landlord but I made a mistake and I sent the money to the bank account of Let Right. After confirming the transaction with my bank, I sent an email to Let Right Properties explaining the situation and asking them to transfer me the money back. They answer me a couple hours later and informed me the money was sent back to my account. This was amazing! Usually I am carefully when I am doing online transactions, but today I was very stressed and tired. At the end of the day everything

The team initially were helpful but when we didnt go ahead stopped responding to emails for pending payments that they had reassured in an email for weeks. Its still open and you cant seem to get any response or even an email acknowledgment from their team.
