My solicitor at Jones & Co (whos services I paid for) has been actively ignoring me since August. I rang, left voicemails, sent numerous emails asking for advice and was point blank ignored every single time and was told that the solicitor in question was in court or in meetings and I would receive a call back (this never happened). I then received a rude email 31st March explaining that Ive misunderstood and I need to instruct my solicitor & then pay for action(s) (obviously). I was trying since August to instruct my solicitor?! Considering that Ive paid quickly and efficiently
