Both my young son and I had emergency appointments today which were organised by the always friendly and professional reception girls. We are both NHS patients and always treated with respect and professionalism. Nothing is ever too much for the team at 'Freedom'. So glad I registered with them all those years ago. If you get NHS dental treatment then avoid this place like the plague. They are money-grabbing private healthcare peddlers. I've been going here since the previous owners, they were nice, they did both private and NHS but never mentioned private treatment if you were an NHS patient. The current owners love money and nothing else. I'm on the verge of leaving as the only good dentist is on maternity leave. My new dentist tried getting me on private treatment without telling me it was private! Thankfully I noticed it said 'private' on the consent form they tried to get me to sign. Predatory Practice

My original appointment had to be cancelled due to staff problems at Freedom .The next available appointment was 3 months later ,however the receptionists kept my details and managed to find me a cancellation appointment .Excellent service and the filling I needed was done by my very good dentist .

Both women on reception during my last visit were exceptionally kind. In fact, my dentist and the hygienist are the same. Every visit has been pleasant. Feel lucky to be registered here. Keep up the good work.
