You should definitely alter your web page that states 92% of emergencies seen the same day. Misleading for a dental phobic person in pain, needing urgent help. An appointment was offered for 10 days later !

On Thursday I had to have a little bit of work done after being too anxious to visit the dentist for a few years. I opted for a sedation and it went exactly as it was explained to me; I didnt remember a thing, nor felt a thing. Chris and his team were fantastic and very reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite a bit of trouble with cannulation which was down to me being dehydrated, it was a very pleasant experience and I feel a lot more comfortable visiting the dentist after some unpleasant childhood visits. Thank you Chris, I look forward to my next appointment with you!

It's quite daunting getting invisalign as a year long process with all the trays changing and getting your teeth straight. Chris and his team are quick, really professional and thorough. Honest about what to expect so you are prepared, and talk through the options carefully. Very impressed.

I love this dentist, I couldn't recommend them enough, I was always a nervous patient due to my experiences as a child and now I almost fall asleep when in the chair I am so relaxed, they are consummate professionals who care about you and they super friendly too and the work they do is 1st class, I had veneers done sometime ago by them and now I smile in confidence - Thank you

The team were welcoming and professional and Chris did a great job. Even fitting me in just days before my wedding so I could have the perfect smile on the perfect day. He's managed to coax my husband into the chair who hadn't been to a dentist in far too long due to bad experiences and now he's the only dentist my husband will see. He is great for any who feel anxious and provides an experience that helps you feel calm; communicating what he's doing so you feel fully briefed and in control.

Disappointed with the way I was treated, miss sold information in regards to a consultation charge of 50 coming off future costs, after I explained I did in fact want to carry on with future treatment! No attempts were made to refund or follow through with what was originally sold to me. Make sure you have the full information before you part with your money!
