Saw me within 2 days as an emergency. Great treatment and very kind. Received antibiotics and a dressing until my appointment in January to have 2 teeth out. Thankful and have a lovely Christmas

Rung at 8:45am with a raging toothache and was seen by 2:15pm the same day. I have been with this practice for around 10yrs the clinic is always clean and smells fresh. The staff always friendly and polite.

Arrived 5 minutes early, no problem parking, went inside, announced myself, sat down, ushered in to see MAC, quick check-up and on my way. What's not to like about the system or the whole surgery? Runs very efficiently, always has done.

First check up since Covid started about 18 months back about 2 months ago..2.12.21. A hole discovered in bottom front side of back tooth and discovered when Mr Payne put his sharp tool in it and made me jump....A filling was booked in about few weeks later and so Mr Payne knew why I was there and yet he again found the hole with the sharp tool again and this time the pain was so immense and made me automatically react, sat up grabbing his hand pushing it away and using some choice words...it hurt. I have to admit it was my worst dental visit to date...not sure why he had to probe yet again?..
