I took my wedding dress to be cleaned here last year. Since being cleaned, several yellow marks have shown up on the dress. I took it in for them to look at because I wasn't happy with the stains appearing and they have taken no responsibility whatsoever. They have refused to re-clean it or give me a refund. I have taken it to another cleaner for a second opinion and they have said that if a customer returned an item because they are unhappy, they would either re-clean or refund, especially with the level of staining that is on now my dress. I am aware that a wedding dress can yellow over time

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!!
Liars who absolutely ripped me off. I can only assume that they took advantage of the fact that I asked my mother to drop my suits in as I work full time in London. I had tried to drop them off myself but under the new management they no longer open on Sundays as they used to so I left my suits with my mother to drop in the following day. They made her pay up front and charged her considerably more than even their own price list (and had the cheek to tell her they had given her a discount!). I complained and originally they promised me they would give me a partial
