We have just had our Xmas meal at the Victoria.The tables were decorated lovely the staff friendly and hospitable.The food was 5 star.Highly recommend.

Love this Hotel, we had festive afternoon tea here plus we stayed the night. Staff are friendly and helpful and polite, very helpful. Food is delicious and plentiful and hot. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be coming back again.

I can only comment on the restaurant and bar service as didn't stay overnight but attended a Christmas party night and it was fabulous. Everywhere clean Food was superb. Large portions, very well presented and served hot. Antibac was placed on each table and in various areas around. Staff were friendly and drinks prices were reasonable with deals on drinks. Thank you Hotel Victoria.

Four of us had a delicious relaxed afternoon tea today at this well presented and decorated hotel. Four tasty fillings in finger sandwiches, two small savouries, lovely scones with jam and clotted cream and four excellent small cakes and all the tea you could drink. Pleasant helpful staff and great value for money. Very happy to highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay. Amazing beach and entertainment. Staff top notch. Joseph especially super friendly. Will 100% come again. Only reason for 4 start and not 5 is because continental breakfast needs bit more and full English shouldnt take as long as it did to come out. But thats the only small issues. Loved everything else

We went here for dinner in the restaurant this evening for my husbands birthday. I cannot fault the service, or menu! As a coeliac I usually see a very sad looking Gluten free offering when I venture out for dinner but their menu had an Astounding choice, and everything I ate was delicious, in fact the gluten free chocolate brownie was so good I could have been excused for thinking it had wheat in it! The staff are very attentive & friendly & are a credit to the restaurant. We will defiantly be back on our next holiday.
