Snell Developments

Established in 1977, we are a family-run business with over 100 years of combined experience in housing development. Our reputation for constructing high-quality homes using natural materials has been built through decades of dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We specialise in both new housing developments and barn conversions, offering a personalised service that allows clients to actively participate in the building process. Our team takes pride in maintaining high standards, as evidenced by our four NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards. With a focus on traditional materials and modern specifications, we deliver homes that combine aesthetic appeal with functional excellence.

Our approach ensures clients receive tailored solutions while benefiting from our extensive industry expertise. We maintain strong relationships with customers throughout every project phase, from initial planning to post-completion support. Our local knowledge of West Yorkshire enables us to create developments that harmonise with their surroundings. The business is currently led by Andrew and John Snell, who continue the family tradition of quality-driven construction. This legacy of excellence positions us as trusted specialists in residential development and property restoration.
