Very disappointed in this business.I reported maintenence of a shower leaking through downstairs roof months ago, a boiler that hasnt been serviced in years, Just pure negligence and felt they did not care. Never returned my calls. And never got fixed. But are quick enough to make you send pictures of the house every 6 months. Been in my house 10 years and gave them my deposit when I first signed. My house got sold and they have no record of having my deposit even after telling me when I signed my new contract with them that it would be protected.

AVOID!!! Worst agency ever !!!. I woul give 0 stars if I could. They lied to the landlord that my brother was late paying the rent, although that never happened. They charged the landlord for repairs at home that they did not make. When something breaks down, they never fix it. For even the smallest things you have to call and write emails for weeks. They always lie and deceive.
