Very poor service, discussed an employment claim with them and it took over a week to get any response from a lawyer, Mike in the contact centre also had, in my opinion, a very bad attitude. In the end I got advice elsewhere from a lawyer same day and am pursuing my case with this firm.

My partner dealt with them recently about her blood condition. They were very good and kept us up to date with everything, then Angela their lawyer came out to our house to take all the details from us. She was very professional and compassionate as well and helped us through a difficult experience. Can't recommend highly enough
