We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. New clients pay a 50% booking fee redeemable against services, while existing clients need 48 hours' notice for appointments over £100.
Are skin tests required for colour services?
Yes, skin allergy tests are mandatory for new colour clients, conducted at least 48 hours before appointments. Existing clients need updates every 12 months or after six months' gap.
Do you have parking facilities?

I had my nails done here and I've had them done on and off for years but these have lasted the best so far. Tammy doesn't use any machine filing so no burning or ruined nails. Doesn't take hours either. Definitely recommend.

Had my hair cut on 10th october and didn't expect to be cut on the neck, she did apologise once she saw the blood on my neck. Her mind didn't seem to be on her work and appeared to be watching her colleagues more. My husband was not impressed to see blood on my neck when I came out. My daughter had to cut the back of my hair as it wasn't very even. Very very disappointed.

Thank you so so so much! I've been on cloud 9 since I had my hair cut. I donated my hair to charity and for the promotion of the event, my NHS workforce asked wispers hair salon to attend the Adelaide health centre to stream the event on BBC radio Solent and to allow everyone to see me get my hair cut for little princess trust.
