Critical:Professionalism
Terrible customer service. They printed something incorrectly on an assumption that I wanted it enlarged and then refused to redo it the size I supplied it. No one apologised and I had to pay twice to get them to do it again. Rude.

Needed a high quality poster print quickly. AMC came through. Was ready for collection within an hour or two which helped me out of a tight spot with a client and the art paper was excellent quality. Staff friendly too. Thanks!
