We have been using SK Estate Agents for a few years now to find new tenants for our two rental properties. We have always found them to be professional, supportive, thorough and efficient. They communicate and respond quickly to any questions we ask and we have always been happy with the service they offer, taking all the worries out of finding suitable tenants. They carry out all the necessary credit checks and viewings and deal with all service providers such as energy, council tax and DPS on change of tenancy. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will continue to use them.

Recently bought our first home and SK were selling the property we've now moved into. At every step we found them courteous, professional and above all proactive in updating ourselves and keeping the sale moving. As first-time buyers we didn't know what to expect and SK were brilliant at sharing information and supporting both us and the vendors with any queries. We didn't feel that we had the most proactive of solicitors(!) but SK made sure we know what was happening and helped us to keep moving. Steven and the team were brilliant but special thanks to Sarah who was incredibly proactive and responsive
