Worst cut and colour I have ever had. The photos of my roots were taken days after I had my hair coloured at Belle Ame. I had to go home to get my normal hairdresser to fix it and he said it looked like my hair had been dyed 7 or 8 weeks before, yet it had only been a week. The colour was completely wrong and not toned and I was given layers that I neither wanted nor asked for. I have attached a photo of my roots, but the cut, which is by far the worst part of my experience with Belle Ame, will have to be left to the imagination because I would rather shave my head entirely than let anyone see

In reply to your comment, I had it dried in the salon too as i had extra time. I'm sure you're very disappointed at your lower rating but I'm more disappointed in a terrible and expensive haircut that wasn't 5 star at all as it wasn't just the extra bits that needed cutting, it was overall a bad haircut. Unfortunately after coming home and washing, drying and styling my hair the way I usually do a couple of days later, I discovered my hair looked terrible...I showed a picture of what I wanted and it looked nothing like it, I even asked other people in case I was being paranoid.
