Oct 18, 2014 Report
Took some hard copies in, to get multiples copies made. Left the work there to collect later. Soon after, I was phoned by an employee with a quote that I said (very calmly) I found quite high - my son had got a similar job done there a year ago, for a much smaller sum. I asked her not to go ahead and that I would be round to get the work back. Immediately, the phone rang again - the man with whom I had discussed the work was on the end of the line disagreeing - very forcefully and loudly - with my comments. Hmmm, did this approach make me want to ask them to go ahead? Or to recommend? Not really
