Forthcoming Group is a Sunderland-based property improvement company providing homeowners throughout the North East with services in roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork. The business was founded by Ryan Forth and two school friends, who combined their backgrounds in surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping. Although Forthcoming Group officially started in 2022, our team has decades of hands-on experience in the trades we undertake. We have completed more than 500 projects across the North East, working on homes and exterior improvements of many kinds. Our completed work includes urgent roof repairs, roof replacements, new driveways, patios, garden makeovers, fencing, repointing and brickwork improvements. We aim to give homeowners a clear understanding of their project, communicate reliably and make sure the necessary preparation is completed before the work begins.

The first stage of every project is a survey, followed by a clear assessment of what the property requires. We explain the available options and discuss the appropriate way to proceed, rather than leaving customers uncertain about the next stage. Because our team covers multiple trades, one company can assist when several areas of a property require improvement at the same time. This helps us coordinate planning, communication and the overall result. We pay close attention to preparation beneath the visible work, whether the project involves roofing, a driveway, landscaping or brickwork, and we check the completed work before finishing. Customers are also given an explanation of the work carried out, applicable maintenance recommendations and guarantee details.
