For more than five years, we have specialised in professional blade sharpening, bringing our service directly to customers through a fully mobile operation. Rather than requiring tools to be sent away, we attend your location and sharpen them on-site using professional-grade equipment, helping to minimise waiting and disruption. Our work covers blades used in domestic properties, workshops, salons, kitchens and commercial settings, and we have sharpened thousands of items over the years. Because different blades can deteriorate in different ways, every item is assessed before sharpening begins. Some require nothing more than restoration from normal dullness, whereas others may have uneven edges, evidence of overheating or the results of previous sharpening. We work carefully to restore the edge correctly without unnecessarily removing material. Our multi-discipline sharpening service includes knives, scissors, tailors shears, garden tools and building tools.

We arrange appointments with flexibility and make every effort to work around the schedules of our clients. Commercial service times and domestic working hours can therefore be accommodated wherever possible. Most visits are completed in approximately sixty minutes, subject to the number and condition of the items presented. Following the sharpening, we invite clients to check their tools against their expectations before we charge; should an adjustment be required, we carry it out straight away.
