Refined Interior Finishes is our family-run renovation business in Norwich, where we deliver kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and complete interior refurbishment projects. Led by Kevin Smith, our company brings more than 20 years of experience to renovation work and has developed its service around careful planning, clear communication and high finishing standards. We organise each project from the beginning rather than relying on homeowners to coordinate separate trades independently. Our process starts by considering the property, establishing the scope of work and understanding how the completed space should operate on a daily basis. Trades, materials, schedules and day-to-day requirements are subsequently brought together through one coordinated system. From strip-out and preparation to installation and final finishing, our projects are planned carefully to maintain clear expectations. 
Our approach to bathroom installation combines practical planning with a strong focus on quality and organisation. We manage the various stages of the renovation, including preparation, plumbing changes, electrical work, tiling, bathroom fitting, flooring and decoration. Clear communication continues throughout the project, while final checks and prompt attention to snagging help ensure the completed installation meets expectations. 
We manage kitchen installations with an emphasis on planning, communication, workmanship and attention to detail. After discussing the intended layout, finishes and requirements, we arrange the necessary materials, schedules and trades. The installation is then completed through a single coordinated process, with progress updates throughout, final checks before handover and prompt attention to any snagging items. 
Our LVT flooring installations provide a hard-wearing and practical finish while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. We manage each project carefully, including subfloor preparation, floor levelling, installation and finishing details where required. Before fitting starts, we assess the existing floor and room layout thoroughly. This considered approach helps us deliver a consistent and durable result.

Refined Interior Finishes recently renovated our en-suite and downstairs cloakroom, and we are delighted with the results. From discussing our ideas to managing deliveries, coordinating skilled tradespeople, and completing the project, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Our project manager Josh was friendly and helpful leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. The workmanship is excellent, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had work done and couldnt be happier with the results. The quality of the flooring was exceptional, finished to a very high standard, with great attention to detail throughout.
A special mention goes to Cole, who was professional and skilled which clearly shows in the final result.

We had two bathrooms and a kitchen done. They have been amazing. Very pleased with the three rooms they did! When a little change in plan happened due to something that wasnt there doing it was because we had an old house or the delivery wasnt correct they sorted it out very quickly to keep on track. They finished earlier than expected with the quality of work being outstanding. If any problems occurred after installation they sorted it out very quickly! I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. If we have any further plans to change to the house we will definitely be coming back to you guys.

I have only praise for Kev and his marvelous team at WS Renovations. They did a complete new bathroom for me in June, followed by some new LVT flooring in August. My delay in posting this review is purely down to personal circumstances.
Firsty they did an excellent job within the budget and time frame agreed (apart from a few of my own additions). The main job involved completely stripping the old bathroom back to original brickwork and installing a new one with all associated fitments, electrics, external drainage and decorating.
Secondly Kev made several helpful design suggestions which i gladly accepted. They were also flexible enough to accommodate my changing whims as the work progressed, without complaint. To quote Kev, "we can do whatever you want, we're the dream team". None of the old "ooh, can't do that mate!".
Thirdly, all the team were always friendly, helpful and trustworthy ( I left them the door key as I couldn't often be there) , as well as clearly proud of their work.
Fourthly their after sales service has been excellent where needed on a couple of things.
My final comment is simply that I would recommend WS Renovations to anyone who wants reliable, flexible and trustworthy builders to do any major works on time and on budget.

Kev, Josh and their team have just finished refurbishing our cloakroom. A really excellent and professional job by all involved.
The whole team were polite and professional, going above and beyond, taking responsibility to resolve issues that were not of their making.
