We undertake distribution board upgrades, emergency lighting, EICRs, thermal imaging, PAT testing, EV charger installations and reactive repairs. Through planned preventative maintenance and clear certification, we help commercial clients maintain safe, compliant electrical installations with minimal disruption. 
Our services for landlords cover the key electrical requirements of rental properties, including EICR inspections, EET Testing, consumer unit upgrades, remedial works and certification. We provide a single point of service for inspections and subsequent electrical work, with formal written reports and digital certificates. Where repairs are necessary, we complete the work ourselves and re-test the relevant circuits before re-certification. 
From diagnosing electrical faults to undertaking complete rewires, we deliver professional electrical services for homes. Our work covers EICRs, fuse board upgrades, new consumer units, indoor and outdoor lighting, extra sockets and switches, security lighting, EV chargers and specialist kitchen and bathroom electrics. We also install smart home systems and respond to urgent electrical faults. 
We provide consumer unit and fuse board replacements for homeowners, landlords and businesses. Modern installations use circuit breakers, RCDs and individual RCBO protection, alongside surge protection for appliances and electronics. Before and after installation, we test all circuits thoroughly. Most standard domestic upgrades take four to six hours, including certification. 
We provide full and partial house rewiring to replace or upgrade electrical cabling in line with current UK wiring regulations. A full rewire renews the complete installation, while a partial rewire focuses on specific circuits or areas. We assess the property carefully and recommend only the work that is genuinely required. Electrical fault finding requires a methodical approach to distinguish the actual problem from its symptoms. We assess the consumer unit and accessible wiring, then use multifunction testing to investigate insulation resistance, continuity and earth fault loop impedance. Once the source has been established, we carry out the appropriate repair and retest the installation before completing the work. 
We install outdoor and security lighting for gardens, patios, driveways and pathways, including PIR-activated fittings. Every installation is wired safely to current regulations and designed to improve outdoor use after dark. Our work can be completed independently or alongside renovation and landscaping projects. We also provide dedicated security lighting to help deter opportunist break-ins.

Absolutely amazing service from mark and his team from start to finish. My grandparents had a rogue electrician start a rewire and after multiple broken time frames and dodgy situations left and not dealt with we contacted MS Electrical to come by and redo / fix what was needed to get them in a safe and signed of situation.... At 6.15pm on Saturday, I realised I had lost power in my ring main. I went onto my Check- a-trade app and rang several electricians to see if they did emergency call-outs. The first 4 went to message but Mark took the call, agreed to come out and arrived only 30 minutes after my call at 6.30pm having driven from Horley to Haywards Heath. He quickly identified the area of the fault and established it was our washing machine which, whilst plugged in, was not being used. After removing the plug from the socket, power was restored. First rate service all round and highly recommended.

Mark provided an amazing Service and came out within 2 hours of my initial call. He was very fair and honest in that he offered time to walk through self help trouble shooting steps over the phone to eliminate issues that I might have been able to find myself. Upon diagnosing the issue he worked very swiftly to resolve it and left the area clean and tidy and charged a price which was more than fair. I'm highly impressed with his service and will be calling again if in need of any further electrical work.
