Services
Invisalign enables us to straighten teeth using a series of nearly invisible, removable clear aligners. Unlike fixed braces, the aligners can be taken out for meals and routine brushing and flossing, supporting good dental hygiene throughout treatment. Each case is planned using advanced 3D software, allowing us to deliver a bespoke and predictable approach. 
Our professional teeth whitening service offers a safe and clinically proven approach to improving tooth colour. We use award-winning Boutique Whitening By Day and By Night systems, with custom-fitted kits containing specialised hydrogen and carbamide peroxide gels. These treatments gently lift intrinsic discolouration while preserving the tooth structure, producing a lighter, natural-looking result. 
We offer a comprehensive range of veneer treatments designed to enhance the appearance of teeth. Porcelain veneers are laboratory-made and may involve preparing the underlying tooth, although certain cases require no preparation. Composite veneers use tooth-coloured resin applied directly to the tooth surface. We also provide modern no-preparation veneers using exceptionally thin porcelain bonded to teeth. 
Dental implants offer a secure alternative for replacing missing teeth, helping to preserve jawbone structure while protecting surrounding natural teeth. We use medical-grade titanium implants that fuse with the jawbone to support custom-crafted porcelain crowns. Treatment is individually planned following a comprehensive digital assessment, with options available for single teeth, multiple teeth or full-arch implant-retained dentures. 
Our dental bridges offer a reliable way to replace one or two missing teeth without using a traditional denture. We create bridges using crowns placed on the healthy teeth beside the gap, supporting a durable replacement tooth between them. Where appropriate, bonded bridges provide a more conservative solution by attaching the replacement tooth directly to sound adjacent teeth.
Our approach to dentures combines personalised fitting with a natural-look philosophy, ensuring the finished smile complements each patients facial structure and age. We offer acrylic dentures, durable chrome cobalt designs and flexible Valplast solutions. Our clinical team also places particular emphasis on patient comfort, providing a calm and welcoming environment throughout treatment.
Our root canal treatment is designed to preserve teeth that have suffered pulp infection or inflammation. We use precision rotary files and antibacterial solutions to clean and disinfect the canals before sealing them with gutta-percha. Following treatment, we restore the tooth with a suitable filling or, more commonly, a bespoke crown for lasting protection.

I have always been scared at the dentist,but since I've been a patient at Middlewich Street my anxiety level has gone down loads. I can now tolerate the treatments a lot more. I'm glad they have finished sorting my new crown out .I actually don't mind going to them any more the dentist Scott and his team are lovely

Ive just recently had 2 fillings and seen the hygienist today too. Ill be honest I have negated to keep my teeth in check over the years. But after being seen and had the work done its been weight lifting. The team are great and reassuring me with every step keeping me relaxed while having these procedures done. I have my confidence back and have signed up to the plan to continue with my regular check ups now thats something to smile about. So a big thanks to all at Middlewhich dental clinic.

Dental nurse very efficient and friendly. Mr Khan very passionate about his job and it shows. However, after leaving the practice I had to remove a piece of the plastic which was still embeded between my gum and tooth.

I have been having treatment the Middlewich practice a number of years. I attended the hygienist, Emma, this week, and I have to say what a perfect job was done. Emma is a brilliant hygienist and a really thoughtful practitioner, putting you an ease throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I visited the practice today and, as usual, received great care from Scott, Andrea and Sharon. The recent remodelling now make the spaces light and airy and the range of treatments available seem to cover every requirement one could have as a patient. The most important aspect for me though - and I imagine for most people who attend - is the warm welcome and the obvious professionalism of all the staff. Thoroughly recommended.

I have only got good things to say about the practice. My sister has undergone a extensive and long treatment plan . This has been carried out with the highest level of professionalism and she has been treated dignity by the the amazing staff. This has resulted in her being able to smile with pride for the first time in years .
