We are Joanne and David, and since establishing Monster Event Hire in 2002, we have operated from our commercial unit in Havant, providing professional event hire services across the south of England. Our inventory features more than 200 items available for hire, including inflatables, assault courses, rodeo attractions, fairground games, archery activities, go-karts, photo booths and marquees. Whether supporting weddings, celebrations, corporate functions, council events or school occasions, we supply equipment that belongs entirely to us and is cared for by our own team. By owning our complete fleet, we eliminate the need for agency suppliers or sub-hired equipment, allowing us to remain fully responsible for every booking. The people who attend your event are our own trained employees, each holding RPII qualifications, first-aid certification and enhanced DBS clearance, ensuring consistency, accountability and a professional standard of service throughout.
Our approach to safety extends well beyond basic compliance. We maintain 10 million public liability insurance, together with additional protection for licensed premises, and we are happy to provide evidence of our cover upon request. Every inflatable undergoes annual inspection by our in-house RPII inspector, carries a valid PIPA tag and is supplied with PAT-tested electrical equipment. We include an anemometer with every inflatable hire, alongside written guidance stating that use must stop when wind speeds reach 24mph. Risk assessments and method statements are prepared individually for each event rather than produced only when requested. Our larger attractions are certified under both ADIPS and PIPA, offering wider certification than inflatable-only schemes. Dave also performs PIPA inspections for other businesses, carries out on-site equipment repairs and trains industry staff in HSE inflatable hire guidance. Our bouncy castle hire service has been established since 2002, with inflatables suited to children's parties, family events, school fairs, and corporate fun days. We guide you towards the right choice by assessing the age group, expected numbers, venue, and surface before delivery. Every inflatable is supplied with current PIPA certification, annual inspection, PAT-tested electrics, an anemometer, and written wind-speed instructions. We also provide insurance documentation, risk assessments, and method statements for qualifying school, council, and business events on request. 
Our photo booth hire range includes six different styles, from traditional enclosed booths to interactive green screen models and the Magic Selfie Mirror. Each booking is fully staffed, with instant photo printing throughout the event and complimentary personalisation featuring names, dates or company logos. We help you choose the most suitable booth based on your available space and preferred features. 
We supply a ten-metre mobile climbing wall with four climbing routes designed to suit both beginners and more experienced climbers. Our team handles delivery, installation and operation throughout the hire, so you can focus on your event. Automatic belay systems remove the need for manual belaying, while crash mats are placed around the base. The wall can be installed on grass or hard standing where suitable vehicle and overhead access is available. 
We offer shooting and archery experiences that focus on enjoyable, structured challenges with supervised gameplay and visible scoring. But the real depth is the inspection side - I'm the on-site RPII inspector, and spend a good chunk of the week testing other hire companies' kit.
