Longridge Locksmith helped me when I was in a pickle after locking myself out of the house putting the bins out. Called and no answer first time so left a voicemail, called back almost immediately and told me they could come out in 10 mins - brilliant response time! Thought it would be easier to get back in but unfortunately ended up needing to replace the lock, such is life. Friendly, efficient service. Hopefully I don't need to use them again for the same reason but I would highly recommend them. Credit to the manager at Prepped in Longridge too for letting me use his phone to make the calls after I locked mine inside the house.

Excellent service from Chris to open our digital safe when the buttons stopped working. Has been in for many years and we dont have access to the override key. Chris came within hours of my call and had it open within no time. Batteries replaced and all working fine again. Great service from local person.

Great service! Chris is really knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came home from our holiday to find ourselves locked out, rang Chris who came round early on Saturday morning - he identified the issue with the lock, got us inside, efficiently replaced the part that had failed and helped with another issue affecting the door. I had a broken lock on our lounge window. Called Longridge Locksmiths Ltd and he came out that same day. The job took him less than 30 minutes to remove the old locking handle and fit a new one and he also swept up after himself.
He was cheerful, efficient, punctual and excellent value for money. I'd happily recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
