Really impressed by the service provided. Because the computer is a desktop I requested a home visit and delighted and relieved that this was possible. I had paid a business in perth to build a pc
Nothing but problems.lasted maybe a week.
Amyway found falkirk computer services online.
The route cause was identified quickly.basically the motherboard was used.cheap graphics card none of the ports were working.
Falkirk computer services essentially built it again to the spec i wanted.he also noticed the other guy put windows 10 on it and he said that is being upgraded to windows 11 so he put that on it also.
I can honestly sayi wont go anywhere else and it was a very reasonable price
Im soo happy as my pc had been sitting gathering dust for a while.Now its perfect.i would recommend people use falkirk computers services as they are honest and upfront.no nasty hidden costs and all working as it should.

This isn't the first time I used Jay to deal with emergency repairs. He is very professional and certainly knows what to in order to solve problems. Unfortunately my laptops reached its end but Jay were there to organise an excellent replacement and recover the most valuable date from the old laptop and transfer to the new one. You can even text him for a quick advice whatever you want to know and he will reply within minutes with the knowledgeable answer (free of charge). I'm very pleased with his work done and how well he dealt with the whole process of me getting my system back up and running.

I got in touch with Jay about my broken laptop recently and the communication was great, he messaged me straight away and we arranged to drop the laptop off, he kept great communication throughout the process and a few days later my laptop was fixed good as new! I spilled water on my laptop keyboard earlier this week which eventually broke the computer. Unfortunately, recovering the data on my old hardrive is an expensive job and one which requires the drive to be sent to a specialist lab due to the nature of the damage. However, Jay managed to repair and reset the laptop in record time. I contacted Jay in the morning and he had checked, cleaned, diagnosed and repaired the laptop by late afternoon. Excellent, fast and professional service.
