I contacted Allstar for a quote to repalace 3 radiators. Will replied and quickly arrived to size up the job. He was polite, prompt and professional. The quote was good value. Will turned up promptly, with his team, and immediately began work. The quality of work was first class and caused minimal bother to our normal routine. I highly reccomend Allstar to anyone.
After a few months, we approached Allstar again for a heating system update, involving a boiler change and system update. We received great service. The team were punctual, polite, professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. We opted for an external boiler, which involved a good deal of pipe renewal. Despite miserable weather, they ensured that everything was to the highest standard and no corners were cut. Will made sure the system operated safely and correctly and I understood how to program the system and could spot any faults. Will, Ash, Bank and Geordie did an excellent job. They cleared up after themselves and we now have a beautiful new system. Many thanks to all.

Ben was incredibly quick to respond, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what had gone wrong clearly and fixed the issue the same day, despite it being a late call out. I would recommend Allstar to anyone!

Will and Ash did a great job. Will arrived very quickly and pointed out several safety critical elements that hadn't been noticed by previous plumbers, he then prioritised sorting it. We really appreciated their skill in considering the whole heating and hot water system (not just one element). We now have a safe and working boiler, underfloor heating and hot water system and would recommend Allstar to anyone.

I cannot recommend the services of the team enough. Will and Ash are extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. Clearly committed to their crafts the team responded quickly to our needs and were extremely pleased with the results. Having only fairly recently moved to the area, its great to have found our go to team for all things heating and plumbing. Will be using them for future projects and any issues without question.

Another great service from all star plumbing had my washing machine move and up and run in in no time and even got me a out side tap sorted and give me really good a voice for the future new bathroom definitely will be use in them again thanks

William came out on a Saturday when our boiler broke down. He worked for three hours to get the hot water working and recommended a new boiler. The whole system was cleaned and the boiler replaced in a single day the following week. The team worked so hard to make sure that we were not left without heating. I was not charged for the original call out. Very happy with the service, andvice and our new heating system. It has made an enormous difference!

First class service when our old boiler broke down. Reliable, on time and exceedingly friendly. What looked like a substantial job to me was finished in under a day. All paperwork, registration and extended warranty came through exactly as promised.

Last year we had an issue with our boiler, Installers couldn't sort it out and was costing too much money with the the repairs. That's when we found Allstar systems, and our boiler never had any issue since last year,. We have booked for the annual service again this year and the service was again much satisfying. Will came to service our old oil fired boiler and discovered that it had been fitted incorrectly and that the subsequent services (by other engineers) had resulted in incorrect parts being used, rendering our boiler unsafe. We decided that a new boiler was the way to go, being a Friday, time was tight but by midday Will had ordered the new boiler ready to install on Monday.

He and Ash worked hard in horrible weather to ensure the new boiler was fitted and running well. To say they have made a difference to our house is an understatement, our radiators are warmer, the water pressure has improved 10 fold and we are far more relaxed knowing that the boiler is safe. I'd happily recommend them to anyone in need of a heating engineer.

We called William in to service our 17 year old boiler. On inspection Will pointed out several major problem areas and we concluded that it was not economical to.carry out the necessary repairs.
Our stars must have been in alignment that day: the replacement we had selected was in stock and with a bit of juggling and non-stop hard graft the new boiler was up and running just 27 hours later, with a beautiful array of orderly copper piping replacing the Heath Robinson arrangement that had gone before. Everything was left clean and tidy,, we're enjoying the greatly improved heating system, and last but not least, looking forward to significantly lower bills.
We took a punt on Will and it has been money well spent. Thank you!

We had a dangerous issue with our oil fired boiled and William came out as an emergency. He ensured the safety of our tenants and had a new boiler installed ASAP with no disruption to our guests. He also talked us through some basic procedures and was very quick to get back to us when needed.
Very reliable and have recommended to other landlords who prioritise safety.

Hopefully we won't need them to attend again. But if we do we know we'll be in safe hands.

Boiler failed to work 6am Saturday morning, contacted Allstar Systems, instant response and engineer out by lunchtime. Diagnosed problem straight away, all fixed & hot water and heating back on by the afternoon!

I had a 6 year old thermal store cylinder which failed and flooded my kitchen and dining room. I contacted Allstar Systems and William came round the same evening to discuss options. I now have an efficient unvented hot water system along side a fully pumped sealed s-plan heating system with the cylinder relocated next to the boiler. New pipe work was required due to the relocation of the cylinder which left very little visible disruption. The installation was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was kept informed of all changes. Im extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate in using the company again or recommending them.

Have used previously for an oil boiler repair when my usual engineer was busy, Will was very responsive and professional. This time I needed a whole system replacement and my engineer could only install in a couple of months. Will was again very quick to reply, provide a full and accurate quote then scheduled me in within a few days!

Fast response on a Saturday call out. We were able to identify the fault via phone call which enabled me to get a part in advance before supplier closed for business. The service and repair also highlighted installation faults which needed recifying to prevent further similar issues reoccuring.

Ashley completed the work quickly and to the best standard. We now have a top of the range Worcester bosch boiler supplied with a 10 year guarantee. We will be using them in the future to replace our bathrooms.

I have been using All Star systems for several years. As a Which? Member, I found them using the Which? Trusted Trader system, and I am very glad I did. Will and his team are excellent. Over the years, they have upgraded our old gravity based heating system to a pressurised system, installed new pumps, and serviced our two boilers (one in the annexe) annually. They are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.

Called Allstar Systems for an emergency call out to check the boiler and oven, after our carbon monoxide alarm went off. Will was upfront with the cost, came as quickly as he was able to, and kept in touch with us when he was running behind schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler and did a thorough check for any carbon monoxide. Would recommend to anyone who requires help with their boiler/heating systems.

Im so impressed by this company. My boiler broke on a Sunday, and by Tuesday Will and his team had installed a new boiler. They were everything you ever want from such a company; professional, knowledgeable, very prompt in all communication, excellent workmanship, everything tidied up after them etc. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was not left in minus temperatures for a minute longer than necessary.
I will absolutely be going back to them for servicing and any future heating issues.

I cant recommend Will and his team enough. Our heating broke on the Sunday and Will responded straight away and came on Monday. We ended up needing a new boiler and Will worked the following weekend to get it sorted knowing we had a baby. He explained everything and was friendly and always punctual. I wont ever use anyone one else for repairs.

I would 100% recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We have used them on a couple of occasions and most recently they really did save the day (we had a boiler leak on NYs Day!!) Ashley could not have been more helpful and responded instantly despite it being a bank holiday. Allstar Systems are reliable and are incredibly reasonably priced. Ashley took safety very seriously which was very reassuring during the pandemic. 5 stars from me, I couldnt recommend enough!!
