Really great service, have a WhatsApp number that enables you to contact and stay up to date really easily. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure on a really tight turn around everything was ready and actually exceeded the timeline! Couldn't have turned out better, it looks great. Regal lets you see all the certificates on their website so you actually have much more say over the dimensions of the diamond too - couldn't rate highly enough!

I had a really positive experience at Regal when choosing my fiances engagement ring. My appointment was with Mark and he was excellent throughout. He talked me through all the styles, settings and details clearly, and although I already had a rough idea of the stone shape and size, his advice helped me make a few decisions I wouldnt have thought of myself.

The ring turned out perfectly, and with a fairly tight timescale it was ready a couple of days early.

Overall the whole process much easier than I expected, and Id definitely recommend Regal and especially Mark.

We opted for a very bespoke design based on Regals Elodie ring, which included cutting and setting a piece of quartz from our engagement spot into the band, which the team agreed to do for us without hesitation. Regal stood out to us based on other reviews and certainly didn't disappoint. Mark was fantastic at guiding us through the options and helped us pick out two beautiful wedding rings.

We visited a few other jewellers in Hatton Garden and none of them came even remotely close to the quality of ring or customer service that Regal & Mark provided.

Once ordered, the rings were produced in an incredibly reasonable time and picking them up was made incredibly easy from the communication we received from the shop.

I'd have no issue in recommending Regal to anyone else, and cannot thank Mark enough in particular for being so helpful!

After reading positive reviews and visiting Regals easy to use and comprehensive site, I decided to schedule a meeting to discuss an engagement ring I had in mind.

I was very pleased with the professional service provided by Joshua, who took me through everything diamond related, answering my multitude of questions to ensure we built exactly what I was after and that I was comfortable with the design and quality. My now fiance, was delighted.

Im so happy I entrusted Mark in designing an engagement ring for my partner.

The service, experience and ring were all outstanding! From the minute I walked through the door I knew I was in capable hands.

Mark took time to explain all options to me, including the difference in stones and gave me time to decide on what I thought would be best. Assisting with understanding different gradings, coupled with the pros and cons. This wasnt rushed and taking time/reviewing options was encouraged.

My bespoke ring had a tight deadline for production and Mark pulled out all the stops to meet/exceed this, allowing for an earlier collection when the soon to be father-in-law was visiting London.

I couldnt be happier with the finished ring, and post proposal, my fiance also loves it.

I came across Regal with my missus by accident as the outside of the store looked very professional and fresh, this was the first shop that we went to at Hatton Gardens. Long story short. If you are in the market for a natural diamond ring for your engagement and or wedding bands then my recommendation is not to waste your time by going to other stores. Just ask any member of their staff to explain the 4Cs, cut, clarity, colour carat etc. (if you dont already know). Then leave the rest to them and dont even bother trying to get a better deal because their prices are literally unbeatable and very honest. Save yourself the time of shopping around for better deals. Daniel and Arina are the most helpful professionals that I came across whilst shopping for the engagement ring before Hatton Gardens. We had a very short amount of time to get these rings and thankfully Daniel managed to order the diamond ring and wedding bands to within 10 working days and exactly on time as promised. The ring was better than we expected it in looks and shine, all natural with triple X cut/Polish and none florescent with the GIA certification. Daniel even agreed that we can get an independent body to verify the grading for us this proves that hes very confident in what he provides to his customers. Overall I rate their business 5 stars.
