I recently had some heating work carried out and Im very pleased with the service. The 3-port motorised valve was replaced because it had started leaking and was giving off a burnt smell. At the same time, the heating circulation pump was replaced as it had become very noisy and sounded like a tractor when running.
The work was carried out efficiently and everything was explained clearly. The system is now running much quieter and properly again.
During the visit, some dirt and sludge in the system was identified, so I will be booking a power flush as the next step to improve the system further.

Andrej installed our in-laws bathroom and was referred to us when our shower needed to be replaced & our wiring upgraded. Recognising that wed mistakenly bought a replacement without an internal pump he found a suitable one but refused to install it until hed seen an electricians safety certificate, which they took weeks to send. Our gas service engineer quoted us nearly 700 to drain our system with a view to replacing a gate valve to stop persistent vibration so we asked Andrej for a second opinion. He found nothing wrong with the valve but that our pump had been set unnecessarily fast. Instead of undercutting the original quote he turned down the speed and stopped the vibration for nothing. Andrej puts customer service ahead of profit.

Our boiler stopped working and Andrew came around at very short notice. He is a real professional Plumber and Heating Engineer. He explains everything, very thorough and also tidy. He checked the boiler out but found out the Programmer/Timer was at fault and it was replaced. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you so much Andrew. You got us out of trouble again. Andre did a fantastic job fitting our boiler. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up and running smoothly. Thanks to Andrei, we now have soft and clean water at home! From start to finish he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came with proper testing equipment and clearly showed us how poor our water quality was before. We also had low water pressure, so he installed a booster pump along with a water softener and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water. Everything works perfectly, and the difference is amazing. Highly recommend!

We moved to Rickmanworth two year ago and sice then the Plumb Heating helped me to fix my boiler and heating system issue , replacing thermostat and the shower tray leak .
