Visited HAYDENSWAN Eyecare with some friends looking for a fresh pair of frames for the New Year. Their collections were incredible, offering a large range of brands which you dont find in any other opticians in Sussex. To top it off Claires and Zofias service is unlike any other, greeted with a fresh cup of coffee and mince pies! Always coming back here for sure

Recently took my four year old son for an eye test at Haydenswan Eyecare and the whole team were so helpful and lovely. My son was a little nervous and they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and make the whole experience fun for him. Also helped that they make great coffee for the parents :) Id highly recommend them.

I went to this opticians initially as I was recommended there by a friend, as they had an offer for free eye tests in August. I was blown away by the kindness and friendliness shown by all of the staff at HaydenSwan Eyecare, they are a family run business who genuinely make you feel a part of the family. I have never worn glasses before and Claire was happy to help me choose a pair that I wouldn't usually choose myself, but which flattered my face shape and I have received so many compliments since wearing them! Nothing has been too much trouble for the ladies here, from letting me borrow a pair of glasses to take home and show the family, to ordering in different colours to see which I prefer. When I collected the glasses they came in a beautiful hessian bag, with spare cleaning clothes, a case and some cleaning spray, with a lovely little notebook. There are so many small details which make this independent business stand out from other chain opticians, and that is mostly from the personal touch. Thank you Zofia and Claire, I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

I was fortunate enough to take advantage of a free eye test and dry eye screening in August. The service I received was 5* and I will definitely be returning for my next eye test. The staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and nothing felt like too much trouble. I would highly recommend and will return!

Amazing experience - thank you Zofia and Claire. From start to finish, the service was friendly, professional and efficient. They explained the reglazing process clearly and helped me choose the best lens options for me. My existing frames were handled with care, and I was so impressed how quickly I got them back. The new lenses are perfect, crystal clear and so comfortable. I will definitely be returning if my prescription changes again, or maybe even for another pair - highly recommended!!

Wow, what a service. As I had some questions about the sunglasses I wanted to buy, I called for advice. The lady who helped me took all the time to explain the ins and outs and alternative options. I ordered it from the website for a much better price than I found elsewhere. The item arrived soon, nicely packaged, even with all additional cleaning products and a handwritten note!
