It is a pleasure to leave a testimonial for S.T. Contracts Ltd after recently using them for substantial renovations in our home.
We have not had renovations on this scale before and not sure what to expect. The work started during a particularly unforeseen stressful family situation and Stuart and his team were respectful and helpful not to add to the situation.
From the start Stuart was great at suggesting ideas for the project and put us in contact with various professionals we would need for the project to go ahead. He and his team worked to put our ideas to fruition and kept us up to date all the way through. Communication was good and we knew what to expect.
All of the crew and subcontractors that he used were friendly, respectful, and did their jobs efficiently and well. At the end of the day they would clear up and make the disruption that much easier to manage. Some went above and beyond our expectations in helping us.
As issues came up that we had not accounted for he discussed them with us and together they were resolved. Flexibility for us and Stuart’s teams was great at adapting to the unforeseen issues.
They arrived and finished on time every day and we were informed on which days the contractors would be available.
We are delighted with the quality of the attention they put into the work. The outcome exceeds all of our expectations and we will use them again for further projects.

Stuart and his team have now completed several projects for us, namely a substantial renovation of our house, the building of an outdoor kitchen and the demolition and rebuilding of a yard.
They are excellent at communication, reasonably priced, friendly and have met every deadline. Skills, it seems, that are as rare as hen’s teeth in the construction world! I have since recommended Stuart and the team on multiple occasions.
