I chose to call DSA based partly on their Google Reviews, and I am pleased now to add another 5 star review, as the advice and information received was excellent. On the couple of occasions I have called the office, they have been very helpful and a surveyor has come back to me the same day. Whilst on this occasion it appears that we do not require a party wall agreement for our particular build, we wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending DSA in the future. We would like to say a big "thank you" to Neil for his time and advice - it is very much appreciated.

David Smith Associates were recommended by our builders to provide the structural engineering drawings and calculations for our renovation. All contact with the office and the engineer was very pleasant and efficient managing to provide revisions at short notice and helping us to resolve an issue with building control. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the work that DSA did for our extension. The engineers report was very thorough and when we had to change the design, they were able to work with us to achieve the result we needed.
