Hall, stairs, landing & dining room carpets were deep cleaned today and what a difference! Dan was fantastic, very professional and explained how the process would work and what to expect, but the outcome exceeded what we hoped for and we couldnt be happier! Tom from Aqua Dry did a marvellous job on 6 upholstered office chairs. They were very stained and he managed to clean them to an exceptionally high standard. They actually look new! The job was carried out very efficiently and with absolutely no mess left. I am extremely happy with the work Tom did and generally with the culture of the company which screams impeccable customer service. Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of 20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. I will definitely use Aqua-Dry again and would have no hesitation in recommending this business to others.

Great service from Aqua dry. I'd used them once before so was happy to go with them for a major job on 10 years worth of wear and stains on carpet. Hannah was really helpful in the office in terms of scheduling, and Dan arrived as scheduled and did a quick and effective clean and treat for stains. We now have them booked to do an upholstery job. Well worth it.
