I have always been passionate about sales, property, and architecture, and I take pleasure in meeting new people, so becoming an estate agent was a natural transition for me, as I was able to sell a product that I genuinely cared about, which was an exciting opportunity. Amazing service from Newton Fallowell. We had another well known estate agent engaged for 3 months with no progress at all. Its amazing the difference it makes when the agent markets your property properly and with a desire to sell. We received 2 reasonable offers within a week of them being instructed. We were informed at all points of developments, via calls and WhatsApp messages on a daily basis. Team are great to deal with (Jordan and Laura) and we couldnt be more pleased with the service. If anyone is looking to sell a property in the Mansfield area would definitely recommend using this team.

The positive friendly approach from the team has been nothing but exceptional, from day one of approaching Jordan about selling our home (Jordan came highly recommended for the job by a friend) Ive had nothing but positivity, kindness and 100% effort. Our house was sold within one week of going on the market and I couldnt be happier. Jordan is professional and confident with her work and it shines, Ive also got to mention her photo skills. The best! The team in the office are polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble and I know they are at the end of the phone if I have any queries. Ive dealt with different estate agents before but would not go anywhere else now, cannot recommend newton fallowell enough.

Fabulous service from first off when we popped in just for advice, to the completion of our house sale. Local friendly 'family' team who communicated well with each other and us. They did it all, chased everything. Only once did I need to call the solicitor myself and that was just a formality. I would definitely recommend this team.

We recently used Newton Fallowell to sell our home, and we couldn't have chosen a better estate agent. The entire team was fantasticfriendly, professional, and truly dedicated to making the selling process as smooth as possible. They were incredibly organized and easy to contact, which is something we've struggled with when working with other estate agents in the past. Newton Fallowell always made themselves available and provided a personal touch that made us feel valued as clients.
Even small issues, like when our 'For Sale' sign was blown down by strong winds, were dealt with immediately and without hesitation. They really understood our needs and consistently supported us through every step of the sale, handling any concerns we had with care and efficiency. In the middle of selling my house with Newton Fallowell who I chose because of their efficiency and work ethic when I bought the house from them 5 years ago. Jordan and the team cant do enough for you, sold within 2 weeks and a personal touch to add.
