Shaun Allatt
Shaun is both joint owner and head trainer at CTS. His military background initially kickstarted his passion for first aid and that has continued thoughout his working life. Shaun has assumed the role of Training Manager within a number of industries, teaching Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and First Aid at Work (FAW).
Jen Allatt
As joint owner of CTS, Jen is in charge of day-to-day operations in the office and business finances. She also has a wealth of experience in adult social care (including Dementia and Alzheimers), learning difficulties and Autism. She is also a FREC 4 medic and is working towards her SALM qualification. She enjoys providing medical cover at events with her husband Shaun.

Attended the course Understanding ECG - part one. As a student paramedic this course was absolutely brilliant in helping my understanding around the anatomy and physiology of the heart (with an amazing dissect the heart practical) and how this relates and interprets the ECG findings. Led by a very experienced Paramedic. I look forward to attending ECG part 2 at the end of the year!

Shaun was a fantastic tutor. He is extremely professional, friendly and approachable. Harry and Jen were fantastic too.
The course was well balanced, extremely informative, fun and covered everything I needed.

Excellent training on the Frec3 course this week, enjoyed every part of the course,Shaun kept us interested the whole time,extremely informative and delivered each topic brilliantly with the help and support from Jen his wife who was totally focused. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart, I have never undertaken training from any trainer who has been so patient and professional in the learning. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how many questions asked. I thoroughly enjoyed the frec-3 course but not just for the content, for the way it was taught. It was fun, well structured and I would go as far as sitting the course again because I enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend Shaun to absolutely everybody. Jen was also brilliant in her part, they couldn't do enough to ensure the course was delivered at the highest standard and I am honoured to have trained with CTS.

Just completed a first aid for mental health. Shaun was very knowledgeable and a fantastic instructor. I really enjoyed the course and would certainly recommend CTS. As a first aid instructor myself I it was great to see how Shaun delivered the course, I will certainly be adopting some of his methods into my training courses. 100% professional, engaging and with added humour, the best way to learn.
