I bought a beautiful dining table from Olson and Baker and Finlay was so amazing. He managed to source the table from the European maker with a significantly shorter timeline than a famous furniture shop with a flagship on Tottenham Court Road! The communication and service were truly excellent, I would highly recommend them.

The customer service was outstanding, not only did I get an email asking what day I would like my delivery, but I was also contacted after the delivery to make sure it had arrived safely and that I was happy with my item. We cannot recommend Olson and Baker enough. We have purchased furniture from them twice and they were very professional and caring during every step of both occasions. They even let us know that we were missing out on a discount and made sure we were getting it.
What really sets them apart is how frequently and clearly they communicated with us, especially when things did not go to plan. They made our case with the manufacturer and provided us with phone updates as needed.
We will be using them again in the future and we can recommend them to anyone looking for high quality products at competitive prices.
