Jill Pancoast has been running her own consulting and coaching business since 1994. In 2001, she co-founded The Breakthrough Coach in collaboration with her husband, Malachi Pancoast, with the aim of adapting effective business management practices to the education sector. As co-author and presenter of The Breakthrough Coachs Foundations Course, Webinar Series, Personal Coaching Program, and Podcast Support Series, Jill also trains and develops the companys cadre of coaches and presenters across the U.S.
