I used hsb energy because the were local . From my very first dealing with the company I was very impressed. They fitted 16 panels, 9.5 kw battery and 5kw inverter. All communication with Lee the boss was great. His advice was greatly received. The fitting team were fantastic. They worked hard, answered my questions. They were neat and tidy whilst paying close attention to detail. Any phone call to the company was answered promptly with a happy feel. We had a 9.5kw battery added to our existing solar panel system at the end of June. We were impressed with the price quoted and even more impressed with the installation.. Josh did an amazing job and took me through the entire process and set up on line to monitor the system..highly recommend this company and we would use them again for additional batteries. Lee and his team Josh and Joe did 2 installations for me. 2 x9.5kw GivEnergy battery system to go with my existing solar array. Then a month later a new 3.3kw solar system. From start to finish all three provided a great service. The combined 2 systems are working far better than I ever expected. I can highly reccomend HSB.

Cannot fault this company, right from first contact with Lee he gave us a very competitive price, after quotes from several other companies ( who all asked us to let them know the quotes given so they can then lower their quote) even after I told them to give me their best price from the off, Josh and the team turned up on time were very friendly and polite and very helpful in explaining how the app works, we had 10 panels 3.6 gen3 inverter and 8.2kw battery and we are very happy.

Really pleased with our recent installation by HSB, Lee was not pushy in anyway during the sales process, he built the system around our needs and specifications rather than what he could push onto us like other companies.
Lee's workmanship is of a high standard with all the equipment installed very neatly.

I can highly recommend HSB for solar and battery installation. Started with a good quote and free advice from Lee over the phone. Josh and the other tradesmen were neat and polite. I have recommended to friends and will continue to do so. I called for some advice regarding a givenergy server failure and it was sorted promptly. We cannot recommend these guys enough. Decent priced quote for our solar and battery system, installed ahead of schedule and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I cant remember the last time tradesmen did such a neat job for us around the house. They went out of the way to route cables out of sight and the inverter/battery system is a work of art. Everything left clean and tidy at end of job. Many thanks Josh and Lee for all your hard work. Wishing you lots of future success in business.
