I chose a SeceuroGlide Excel custom-made roller garage door. The estimate was reasonable compared to that from other companies.
Fitters turned up at my house within 2 weeks of me accepting the quotation, they were friendly, helpful, completed the work within 3 hours and took away my old garage door.

Craig, the branch manager, could not have been more helpful. Todd called in the day after I called with a replacement remote which he then paired for me FOC whilst (politely & patiently) explaining how I could do this in future, if required. I was delighted with the service and paid their invoice over the 'phone the same day.

Amazing service, I had an issue with my electric garage door which they resolved remotely and even though I offered to pay something for their time they did not charge for the service provided. Most companies would have sent someone out to fix the issue and charge a small fortune! The previous company that looked at this fault said I would need to replace the door and quoted over 2.6k.

Had my new garage door fitted back in May of this year and was very happy with the service provided. A few weeks ago I began to experience a couple of mechanical difficulties with the door closing. A quick phone call resulted in a surveyor coming down to look at the problem and then a team to complete the repair. No quibbles or drawn out discussions just good old fashion service. The repair team get a big thumbs up, working in the rain to sort the problem. Thanks to the team.

Bristol Garage Door Company installed my door about 12 years ago and it developed its first fault a couple of weeks ago. It was necessary to replace the wall mounted control box which had failed. BGD quickly supplied and fitted a current replacement at reasonable cost. Very neat and tidy and would highly recommend.

From the surveyor to the fitters of the garage doors was a very good experience, good explanations and friendly happy people. They arrived on time didnt need the normal tea or coffee that was offered. They got on with the work which was quick and efficient. They even cleaned the front of the garage door as they saw some finger prints. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole service and would recommend them to anyone thinking of the same service
