A helpful survey today with the right advice would recommend

GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND TRADITIONAL VALUES!

I dont often take the time to review online but we had such good service from INSUL8 LTD I think it would be wrong not to shout about it!

From my first call I was pleasantly surprised, the helpful reception team gave assistance on my first call and arranged for the professional assessor who promptly came to visit to inspect the requirements of the job and answered my questions fully (this is not something we have had done before so had a few queries). INSUL8 were happy to work around our other arrangements with regard to a date for the work to be done and despite a small glitch (due to equipment supplier) which was very quickly remedied, we have been very happy indeed with the friendly and professional service weve received especially with what has been a time critical job for us.

The two gentlemen who came to carry out the work itself could not have been more courteous and friendly, insisted on cleaning up the small amounts of dust and little bits of overspill, literally didnt stop working the whole morning and the job was completed in much less time than we had anticipated, and all done with a smile!

What a refreshing change to deal with a company with traditional values of both workmanship and customer care, I dont often see companies going the extra mile these days but INSUL8 certainly do!

If you are looking for a reputable and trusted insulation company, then look no further and Im sure you will not be disappointed!

Great service from the office (James) and the guys on site (Matt, Jacob and Robbie). The guys discussed the work being carried out at all points and tidied up when done. Brilliant service would recommend.

Brilliant company to deal with because they are very knowledgable and honest. Most of us will search online with a problem and then look for a business that might be able to help?
Fortunately I came across Insul8 based in Nantwich.
I made a text enquiry on their website and received a call back from one of the owners, James who was able to talk me through what the problem might be. I was confident in my conversation with him that he was the professional I needed, in my case I thought I had a problem with my loft insulation! Internet searches suggested all sorts might need replacing!!!
Following a survey of the loft by Insul8 I've been informed of options but have had my mind put at ease as the explanation is that it's really nothing to worry about.
That's what I needed really some re-assurance, as you can get bogged down and we've probably all had bad experiences of one kind or another with work done that didn't need to be.
What I do know is that any time in the future when there might be a need for a service that they offer, forget online searching I'll go straight to therm.
Great Company, professional, knowledgable, courteous, honest. Others out there could learn a thing or two....

Had my loft insulated. Extremely professional, turned up on time, showed me before and after photos. Would recommend.

Excellent service from James and the installation team at INSUL8. They clearly explained the process, surveyed the building and checked the efficiency ratings before providing a quote. On acceptance of the quote they gave an install date. The install team were on time, introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. On completing the work they cleared up after themselves. Overall a good company to deal with who know what they are talking about.

James and the INSUL8 team are great.

They did for a cavity wall survey of our house as I thought we didn't have any and needed a new EPC. James organised for Jonathan to come out within 48 hours and he was polite, thorough and took the time to explain to me what he found in each of our walls. Subsequent customer service has been brilliant.

After struggling for ages to find anyone willing to do cavity wall insulation on a tiny extension, these guys were happy to do a very small job at a very reasonable price and were lovely and very tidy :-)

Insul8 completed Loft Insulation to the government standard 270mm. They were prompt to answer my initial query and give me a quote, and when this was accepted, to arrange a date for the work. They were flexible in accomodating me when I asked them to put back the work for a week to fit in with other work on the house being delayed. On the date for the work I was phoned to ask if the technician's arrival could be delayed by twenty minutes, and he then arrived promptly as rearranged. He was well mannered and got to work without delay, protecting my carpet by wearing overshoes. He worked steadily for a couple of hours without a break before asking me to inspect the work and explained certain aspects of it. The material used appears to be natural, rather than glass fibre. The young man was a pleasure to have in the house.

I rang INSUL8 at the end of November regarding insulating my house. Due to other commitments I had to cancel. Nonetheless INSUL8 were more than happy to advise me and even offered to come out to the property. There arent many companies willing to help if they arent being paid these days so I really appreciated it lads. Will most definitely get it insulated by yourselves soon!
