I ordered the large Rosedale Fire from EF. Unfortunately the first one had a faulty part which was a shame but given how couriers throw things about these things can happen. I contacted EF for a return and replace, the experience from this point was superb! Claire in customer service was quick to respond and sorted the replacement and collection within days. The best bit is that the fire is exactly what i wanted and looks great. I highly rate Endeavour Fires not just for the quality of their products but their exceptional customer service - thank you Claire and the Endeavour team.

Just recently, something went wrong with my fire. Alice in Customer Service responded to my query instantly, with a load of suggestions to try. After these not working, she was very quick to arrange a replacement fire unit to be delivered on a day of my choice. I am hugely impressed, and my two cats are very glad to have their fire back to curl up in front of! I couldn't recommend this company (and the Holbeck fire) highly enough. Thank you so much!

After looking to replace an old fireplace fire, we discovered the range on offer here. Ordered after looking over a few reviews and after a very quick delivery, this has been installed and looks perfect.
Its very quiet in operation, gives a wonderful glow and warmth from the flame effect and is just right for a bit of supplementary heating in the winter months.

visited this showroom 3 times before making up our minds on which fire to buy each time we visited we received excellent service nothing to much trouble settled on the runswick wall mounted electric fire delivered the same day as we were not far away from the showroom it took about 2 hours to fit just taking my time the fire really looks good but when you switch it on it looks fantastic it is therefore i have no hesitation in recommending this fire

Went to the showroom to view the fires, the young lady showing us round was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Came away with the Runswick which is absolutely stunning.
