All the hard stuff made easy with these amazing people and at even half the cost of what I call a normal funeral bill! They even sort out the flowers and order of service if needed. There was nothing to complain about! All completed with a smooth transaction and even smiles at this hard time. Professional service received with a sense of humour. Just what anyone needs at these dark times. Thank you Liz! Exceptional service you run. I have you well and truly saved! You are my 'go to' from now on. Thanks again for all the support and empathy you have given. A 17yr old should never lose a parent, but I feel we gained friends as a result of all this misery.

From the first point of contact through to the delivery of his ashes, Liz and Tom handled my husbands passing and funeral with attentiveness and care, checking in on the family and giving regular updates. A beautiful service and they made everything feel as comfortable and personal as they could given the sad situation. Would definitely recommend Simple Send Offs to anyone looking for well priced, and well cared for funeral arrangements.

My father, who passed away July 2024, had requested a simple cremation and initially I was not keen. However, Simple Send-Offs offered the opportunity to visit my dad whilst he was in their care which me and my mum did. They also told me the time of Dads cremation and I was able to be at the chapel on a beautiful summers morning. I could see for myself the dignity and respect that was afforded to my Dad by Liz, Tom and the other members of the funeral company. Thank you to all at Simple Send-offs for the compassion, care and respect you showed not only to the living but most especially to my Dad.

Recently, my lovely husband of 57 years, very sadly passed away. Simple send-offs was recommended to us by a close family member and I am so pleased that we found Liz and Tom to help us at this most difficult of times. They were so kind and reassuring from the beginning. I really felt that we were in safe hands and that my husband would be looked after well.

My fathers funeral was far from a simple send off, Liz made the whole process feel so personal and intimate. Whilst my father made the decision for no traditional service before he passed, Liz took the time to understand what we needed as a family to bring some closure. Simple Send Offs from start to finish were absolutely fantastic. Liz and Tom couldnt do enough for us, always on hand and extremely respectful throughout. They made my dad John very proud. My mum said she will be taking another funeral plan out for herself in the foreseeable. I highly recommend Simple Send Offs. Brilliant service.
