I have recently had some work done in my salon and was looking for furnitures and came across DIR online to my surprise, they had everything I wanted. I decided to go for a viewing and I found some amazing quality furnitures for my I place my order at Birmingham branch. I had a little issue here and there, but Aiden the customer service rep its very good at what he does, very patient very polite and listens to your request and deal with it. Highly recommended. Hello! I received my new washing basin for Christmas from my husband. I have only have a positive compliments about this chair! Very comfortable for neck, you can laying down for you head washings, because the foot rest can be lifted. Love the design and quality. Its 100% worth to have it. Thank you Dir store!

This is the second time purchasing salon furniture and equipment. The first was during Covid. Ali was fabulous and although they were all super busy delivering at this time as many salon owners took this time out of work to refit salons, he was always an amazing communicator and always answered to any queries I had! There is nowhere else I would go to for any of my salon needs. Ali is amazing and so are the rest of the team! Thank you DIR you guys are FABULOUS

Great experience. I was hesitant after seeing the reviews on Google. I visited the store to assess which items I wanted. Adam from the sales department was professional, honest and let me take my time in the warehouse to pick the items I wanted. I picked them up from Birmingham today, all staff members were very accommodating, Adam again looked after us and himself and the team answered all my questions and helped to load everything into my van.
Extremely happy with the quality and price. Thank you to the whole team for being professional and helping and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Also, I worked in a salon with items from this store 6+ years old and they all still worked brilliantly, plus they do replacement parts if and when you need them! Thanks guys

Ordered new Salon chairs & a matching backwash. Gorgeous quality & clients have all commented on how comfortable they are! Very happy! One of the chairs didnt come with the fastening bolt so rang & asked for one to be sent, couple of days later & it was delivered. I definitely recommend & I will definitely be buying from again!
