The person who came and gave me a quote, for the work of a new roof, was very professional and friendly. The work undertaken was done efficiently and with minimal fuss. The job only took a few days of minor disruption. They tidied up after themselves and any issue I had was dealt with quickly and courteously. For the price and the work undertaken I can highly recommend this company.

We did a full building renovation including new insulated roof. John and his team were fantastic in their support and delivery of our project. This included consultation on the scope of works as well as the specification of materials and the project plan for delivery. The work was carried out within our timescales and within Budget. John and his team were also very supportive post project for dealing with any snagging and taking care of those little unforseen issues that crop up with with any project of this size. The workmanship and professionalism were fantastic and I would highly recommend John for any project big or small.

John came out the same day I got in touch and was very polite and honest and knowledgeable. He checked my roof over and said without hesitation that I really did not need a new roof and he could fix the problem. I explained to him how I had been losing sleep and worrying about it. He reassured me that it wasnt as bad as it looked and he nearly floored me when he said how much it would be to fix, I was so pleasantly surprised at how reasonable his price was I almost cried. But to top it all he sent 2 lovely men to fix my roof the very next day bless him. I cannot recommend this company any highly with respect and gratitude. Please dont hesitate to hire them and as Tina turner said simply the BEST. We have just had some repairs to roof and guttering by this company. After trying to contact a couple of other businesses who were local and no response. I sent a message to J&L Welch with my requirements. We arranged a date for an estimate and the work was done this week. Prompt, efficient and very reasonable prices. This number is now in my phone. Absolutely awesome service! Got 3 quotes and J&L were the cheapest by far (35-50% cheaper than other quotes i got). Fast and speedy quote. Polite and professional. Job completed in 3 days (full bungalow roof replacement) property left spotless all rubbish remove. Only waited a few weeks for job to start. (Wasn't an emergency job) Couldn't recommend more highly! Was my parents property and when the time comes for my roof replacement/repair wouldn't go anywhere else. Top service Thank you! Ian
